Flexible Support Worker

The Flexible Support Worker role is a ‘foot in the door’ to support work and is a unique approach to our recruitment strategy. This is an entry level position with opportunity to receive training within a various number of settings. The flexible support worker role is great to do alongside college, university or even another job as the packages will be suited to your availability.

More Information

  • The role involves care and support for children and young adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours
  • Empowering and enabling young people to improve their skill set
  • Supporting young people to access activity sessions within the community
  • We offer community based and flexible working arrangements
  • Guaranteed hours (This can include evenings and weekends)
  • Must be willing to study or work towards QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Dress code: Flexible/ appropriate for the activities you are doing
  • Excellent Learning & Development Opportunities available during induction and ongoing (includes access to financial support for professional fees)
