Salary: £14,250 – £16,285 Dependent on skills and experience.

We are looking for a Flexible Support Worker in and around Derby.
Progress specialise in providing care for children and young adults with learning disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Moderate Challenging Behaviour, Mental Health and Self Harming and children who are socially and emotionally delayed through neglect and harm.
The role requires flexibility as working hours will be spread across a range of services including Children and Adults Residential Services, and support work both in the community and in people’s homes within the East Midlands area. Hours are as and when required in accordance with the needs of the services. This can involve unsociable hours, including mornings, evenings, bank holidays and weekend working when required.
This position is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and the compulsory attendance and maintenance of mandatory training as well as attendance at regular supervisions.
This role includes formal training and induction within one of our residential homes initially.
