Salary – £31,730 – £35,592 per annum dependent upon skills and qualifications

Progress Care Solutions is an established independent provider of a range of services for vulnerable children and young adults.

With high success rates and a proven track record in placement stability, increasing resilience and reducing dependency, we can blend a range of services together to provide seamless transitions through residential, foster care, semi-independent and independent living.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team as a Registered Manager in one of our new specialist 2 – 3 bed residential services for children and young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD and associated behavioural challenges. Children accommodated at the home may also present with Mental Health, Self Harming and sexualised behaviours, children who are socially and emotionally delayed through neglect and harm. The home is part of a growing range of flexible services provided by Progress Care Solutions aimed at Children and young people with a varying degree of disability, with options to transition into foster care, independent living or return home with support.

To be considered for this post you will hold full responsibility for your home ensuring it meets the standards set by the Regulatory Body, whilst also providing the highest quality of care and support to your children and young people. You must be an experienced and competent people manager who can work well on their own initiative, have good budgetary management and business management skills and you must hold the QCF level 5 Leadership and Management and NVQ 4 in Care or equivalent (Social work qualifications or nursing qualifications would also be accepted) and have competent IT skills and access to your own transport.
