This service is for 6 children and young people aged between 5-18yrs with moderate to severe learning difficulties, ASD and associated behaviours that challenge.
It has been purpose-built to provide specialist accommodation, as children accommodated at the home may also present with sensory impairments, physical disabilities and sexualised behaviours or equally, with complex health care needs.
The aim is to work with children and young people to support them in all aspects of their care, education and health, working towards agreed targets in line with their EHCP, focusing on independence skills to enhance their development in preparation for adult life.
