Salary: £16,285 – £19,226 per annum dependent upon skills and experience. Plus sleep-in allowance

You will be working in our established home as a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will join an experienced team as a residential support worker. You will be required to carry out day to day duties required of a support worker and act as a key worker with specified individuals. You will follow health care plans and support the children on their learning plans. You will provide recreational activities such as accompanying them on trips and holidays. You will support young people in their decision making and show a good understanding of supporting them with social, emotional and challenging behaviours.
You will be working under the direction of the team leader and manager who will in turn support you in your continual professional development and career progression. You will be required to undertake regular training and meetings as well as providing up to date reports and planning for the young people in your care.
