Position:

Community Support Worker (HUB11FB)

£16,285 – £17,389 per annum

Location: Covering Staffordshire – Cannock, Burton, Rugeley & Uttoxeter

The Community Support Worker will be responsible for the provision of care and support for young adults and children with complex disabilities. You will be working towards outcomes/targets within a range of settings (home and community) operated by “The Hub”.

The successful applicant will be required to provide an enhanced DBS disclosure. The role will involve unsociable hours, including early mornings, evenings, bank holidays and weekend working. The community support worker will also be required to work weekly contracted hours of working, within the community.

This role includes formal training and induction within the Hub. Applicants must hold NVQ level 2 Health and Social care or equivalent.
