Salary: £32,364 – £37,656 per annum dependent upon skills and qualifications

Due to recent growth, Progress Care are seeking a role with a difference.
We are seeking a Facilities Manager with added experience within both housing and the social care sector.
The successful candidate will manage and deliver aspects of the property function including contract management and maintenance, ensuing quality standards and statutory compliance.
This will include the review of reports, quotations, recommendations, following completion ensuring quality, continuous improvement, and best value.
The ideal candidate would also understand social housing, legislation, and regulations. You will be required to advise, guide on matters relating to tenancies but also be able identify future opportunities for growth in line with our core values. This will be through working closely with our senior management team.
