Progress fostering is small family run IFA that is child focused fostering service. Since 2000 we have provided high quality care for vulnerable children and young people living in the West Midlands, Warwickshire and Derbyshire area aged from 0-18
You will take on the role as a Fostering Team Manager.
We are looking for someone to play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in service delivery and development
You need to be qualified HCPC registered social worker and with recent experience in fostering. You need to pose good working knowledge of the regulatory frameworks.
Posing strong management and mentoring skills, you will thrive in an environment where you are able to use create innovation and make a genuine difference to service delivery and the staff team.
You will be a strong written and verbal communicator with good IT skills, a flexible and adaptable approach and be to travel to support the growth of the service.
