Salary: £28,425 – £35,370 per annum dependent upon skills and qualifications
Locations: Head Office, Wolverhampton. Currently home-based

We are looking for an experienced learning and development expert, capable of developing, implementing, and managing a first-class Learning & Development solution for our workforce, to further underpin our high-quality service delivery for our clients.
The ideal candidate will be adept at juggling differing organisational needs across multiple geographic locations and developing a diverse workforce, both in terms of role-specific mandatory training and that which supports individual career development aspirations.
You will work closely with our Recruitment Manager, HR Business Partner and Workforce Coordinator, to ensure a strong people service is delivered to our management teams across the organisation.
Working in conjunction with the Head of Corporate and Commercial Services and other colleagues as applicable, you will re-design our induction offer, role-specific training and individual personal development plans (PDPs), using a combination of in-house, both direct and using staff champions through train-the-trainer methods, and procured training delivered face-to-face, digitally and via a learning platform.
You will be responsible for the coordination, planning and monitoring of training, its quality and compliance to ensure the business meets its contractual and regulatory responsibilities.
