The Qualified Residential Support worker role offers an outstanding salary of from up to £33,898, this includes a sleep in rate of £62.55 (one per week) with the opportunity to maximise further through enhanced over time rates. (Basic salary based on competency based qualifying criteria)

The Role
As a Support Worker at our 9 Bedded home for children and young people you will be supporting and giving high levels of care to children and young people with severe and complex care needs, Acquired Brain Injury, complex learning disabilities and associated behavioural challenges. Managing the health needs of the children forms a significant part of the service that we provide and are firmly committed to meeting the very unique and individual health care needs of our children.
Our home provides a safe and nurturing environment where preconceptions are challenged, and young people are encouraged to be the best that they can be and to live life to its fullest.
As a support worker, you will assist the management team in maintaining a safe and enabling environment that provides positive experiences to children and young adults.
Your role is also vital to the progression of a children and young people. A support worker encourages the children in our care to develop new skills and to be the best that they can be. You must be incredibly sensitive to the needs of those in your care.
