The Support worker role offers an outstanding salary of up to £33,898. this includes a sleep in rate of £62,55 (one per week) with the opportunity to maximise your basic salary further with premium over time rates. (Basic salary based on competency based qualifying criteria)

The Role

As a Support Worker at our 6 Bedded home for children and young people with moderate to severe learning difficulties, Autism, ADHD and associated behavioural challenges, children accommodated at the home may also present with Mental Health, Attachment Disorders and Self-Harming, children who are socially and emotionally delayed through neglect and harm.

As a support worker, you will assist the management team in maintaining a safe and enabling environment that provides positive experiences to children and young adults.

Your role is also vital to the progression of a children and young people. A support worker encourages the children in our care to develop new skills and to be the best that they can be. You must be incredibly sensitive to the needs of those in your care.
