Who we are looking for:
Successful applicants will be required to provide a range of support services including help with personal care and helping to develop social skills and home skills to young people in their residential setting. These posts will suit people who are prepared to work rotas comprising of early and late shifts covering weekday and weekends and some ‘sleep in’ duties. Potential candidates would need to be significantly experienced and qualified in line with this
This is a physically demanding role and staff will also need to have the confidence to deal with the challenging behaviours that can present.
Driving would be an advantage.
