Supported Living worker to support one individual who has a moderate learning disability. This would be on a Rota basis over 20 hours per week across 7 days. This would be inclusive of earlies, lates and Sleep ins on a Rota basis.

We are looking for dynamic people to join our team to work alongside young people and families within the Wolverhampton area.
As a support worker, you will be finding suitable activities that will help build the confidence of young people and increase the positive relationships they have with other people. Some of the young people we support struggle with their social skills and need someone to provide that ongoing reassurance and give them a helping hand in when they most need it.
At Progress, we always do our best to match the right support worker with the young person – they are central to what we do, so there must be the right fit. The hours are flexible, so there will be some evening and weekend work.

The successful applicant will be required to provide an enhanced DBS disclosure.
The role will involve unsociable hours, including early mornings, evenings, bank holidays and weekend working. The community support worker will also be required to work weekly contracted hours of working, within the community.
This role includes formal training and induction within the Hub. Applicants must hold NVQ level 2 Health and Social care or equivalent.
