As Fostering Team Manager you will be required to manage the day to day running of the fostering team and deputise for the Registered manager. The role entails some responsibility for the recruitment, training and assessment of foster carers who can provide placements for children and young people from a range of diverse backgrounds. You will be required to provide appropriate support to the social workers and support staff to ensure that high quality levels of supervision, support and training are delivered.

Progress fostering is small family run IFA that is child focused fostering service. Since 2000 we have provided high quality care for vulnerable children and young people living in the West Midlands, Warwickshire and Derbyshire area aged from 0-18.
