If you are looking for a job with career progression and opportunities then Progress could be for you.

Progress specialise in providing care for children and young adults with learning disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Moderate Challenging Behaviour, Mental Health and Self Harming and children who are socially and emotionally delayed through neglect and harm.

Your experience and qualifications are not the only thing that matter to us; we are more interested in your passion to make a difference in the lives of others and supporting people to be the best that they can be.

If you are ready to join us and welcome a challenge then please check out our current vacancies below.

Due to our unique environment all of our positions are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure. For our residential vacancies, there is also a requirement for compulsory attendance and maintenance of mandatory training as well as regular supervisions.

At the same time, you are being trained to develop your skills and achieve your career aspirations within a company that supports and cares about your views; as recognised by Investors in People and Best Companies.

Working for a social care organisation where you do not have to compromise and are encouraged to think for yourself.
