Support Worker
The Support worker role offers an outstanding salary, of up to £33,898 this includes a sleep in rate of £62.55 (one per week), and the opportunity to maximise your basic salary further through enhanced responsibilities and premium paid overtime rates. (Basic salary based on competency based qualifying criteria)

The Role
You will be working as a Support Worker in our 6 bedded Children’s Residential Home in the Sedgley area. You will be caring for Children between the ages of 5 – 18 and will need to be available to work AM and PM shifts in the week and at weekends.
The service offers services specifically for children and young people with moderate to severe learning difficulties, Autism, ADHD and associated behavioural challenges. Children accommodated at the home may also present with sensory impairment, physical disabilities and sexualised behaviours or equally, with complex health care needs.
As a support worker, you will support the management team to maintain a safe and enabling environment that provides positive experiences to the children who are accessing the service. Your role will be to encourage them to develop new skills and to be the best that they can be, whilst also providing the highest quality of care and support to our people.
You will be caring, compassionate, have a fantastic work ethic and be able to work on your own initiative, whilst following the support and care plans provided for the people we support.
