We have Team Leader opportunities in our residential services in Wednesbury, Wolverhampton and Derby. You will be caring for Young Adults between the ages of 18 - 40. The services provide care and support for individuals who have moderate to severe learning disabilities, and additional health needs who require 24-hour specialist care and support.

You will support the management team to maintain a safe and enabling environment that provides positive experiences to the adults who are accessing the service. Your role will be to encourage them to develop new skills and to be the best that they can be, whilst also providing the highest quality of care and support to our people.

You will lead the shift and supervise the staff team whilst providing direct support with the young adults yourself. You will be the "go to" person on shift, problem solving and supporting the staff team. In addition, you will undertake staff supervisions, CQC audits, Risk Assessments, rotas, and generally support the manager in the running of the home.

You will be caring, compassionate, have a fantastic work ethic and be able to work on your own initiative, whilst following the support and care plans provided for the people we support.
