- Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People).
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or Equivalent

You must be able to demonstrate that you have or a willing to work towards:
NVQ 3 Diploma or QCF Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or in Residential Care or equivalent
Experience
• Ideally you will also have experience of working with children and young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities, Autism, ADHD, sensory impairment, and associated behavioural challenges and/or complex care needs

- You’re a passionate person who wants to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
- The ability to communicate on various levels, including good recording and reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of, following, and working to Care and support Plans.
- Experience of Conflict Management and dealing with difficult, and potentially high-pressure situations
- You will be a supportive, caring, approachable and a helpful and reliable team player.
- An enthusiastic person who brings fresh ideas and can work on their own initiative.
