We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail capable of working at a fast past and is driven by achieving results to a high standard. You will take personal pride in delivering a great job and be flexible to support colleagues when required, workload allowing.

The main purpose of this role is to support the resourcing function with the administration and onboarding of candidates to a high standard of accuracy, speed, and conversion, enabling them to start in the business without delay and without business risk. This work is demanding and fast moving, and you will need strong people skills to ensure all candidates receive a first-class impression of the organisation.

You will be calling candidate’s past employers to chase and verify references and speaking to candidates to unblock any issues during the process. You will be completing a range of compliance tasks which have significant impact and risk for the business if not done correctly, so a high level of care is needed. You will be sending emails and creating documents, so your command of the English language, grammar and administration skills need to be top class. You will need good organisation, time management and self-motivation skills to succeed in this role. You will need to provide references for ex-employees when requested by their new employers and ensure that this is in line with process.

Strong analytical skills will be an advantage, enabling you to interpret relevant information and data and use this to continually improve the efficiency and commercial value of our service, which in turn, improves the experience of the young people we exist to support.

You may have the opportunity to get involved in marketing activities and support the resourcing executive at recruitment events, once you are competent with the onboarding tasks which are the priority of the role.

This role is Head office based and you will be required to work the office a minimum of 3 days per week.

We reserve the right to close this role early once enough applications have ben received.
