Support worker – Supported Living – Salary Package from £24,305
Qualifications
Ideally you will hold, or be working towards NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health + Social Care or equivalent
Experience
Experience as a support worker, working with young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities, Autism, ADHD, sensory impairment, and associated behavioural challenges and/or complex care needs
A passion to care and a dedication to make this young persons life the best it can be
At least 2 years’ experience within a Support worker role
Skills/Abilities

Working knowledge of, following, and working to Care Plans
Experience of Conflict Management and dealing with difficult situations
