Come and speak to us to find out how you can get involved—whether through work experience, volunteering, or flexible paid work. Together, we can make a lasting and positive difference.
About the Role
Are you passionate about making a real difference? A career in care offers meaningful, rewarding opportunities, where no two days are the same.
We support children, young people, and adults with disabilities, helping them live fulfilling lives through compassionate, person‑centred care. Our work takes place across residential homes and community settings, with flexible, hourly opportunities available.
Whether you’re exploring care as a future career, looking for hands‑on experience, or hoping to work alongside your studies, we’d love to talk to you.
What You’ll Learn & Be Involved In
- How care roles support people with disabilities to live independently and confidently
- The wide range of settings where care and support take place
- How work experience, volunteering, and flexible paid shifts can fit around education
- The skills, values, and training that underpin a career in health and social care
Experience & Skills (for Paid Roles)
For paid opportunities, we’re keen to hear from individuals with experience supporting children or adults with:
- Moderate to severe learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities
- Autism, sensory impairment, and/or complex care needs
Experience with PEG feeding and moving and handling (including hoists) is desirable.
A nursing background is beneficial when supporting children with complex health needs.
