- The ability to remain calm, respectful, and supportive in challenging situations, with structured supervision and learning opportunities
- A kind, approachable, and reliable attitude, and a desire to work as part of a supportive team
- An enthusiastic mindset, openness to new ideas, and the confidence to learn while using your own initiative appropriately
- Basic IT confidence, with the ability to use an iPad or laptop to support learning and access online systems
