Children’s Support Worker – West Midlands – up to £33,898
Qualifications (If Required)
- Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People).
Qualifications
You will ideally hold or be working towards NVQ level 3 within Children's Residential or L3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.
Experience
Ideally you will have previous experience within care or support work, in particular experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities, either Adults or Children would be an advantage.
Skills/Abilities
You have a fantastic opportunity to be a part of our team if you possess the following:
· The ability to communicate on various levels
· Working knowledge of, following, and working to Care Plans
· Experience of supporting children and young people with Learning and/or Physical Disabilities
You will ideally be a driver as part of the role involves transporting the children to and from school and to undertake activities, how this is not essential.
