- Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People).
Qualifications
You must be able to demonstrate that you have:
NVQ 3 Diploma or QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare or Children and Young People's workforce (Social Care Pathway), and at least 2 years’ experience as a team leader within a residential setting and also, ideally working towards Leadership and Management and QCF level 5 Care or equivalent.
Experience
Progress are looking for a dynamic individual who possesses good people skills, experience of managing staff and competent in IT. We desire the applicant to be a car driver too.
You must have good working knowledge on the children's home regulations and working with children with complex learning difficulties.
