Qualifications / Experience
You must be able to demonstrate that you have:
NVQ 3 Diploma or QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or in Residential Care or equivalent, and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a residential setting.
Ideally, you be willing to work towards Leadership and Management and QCF level 5 Care or equivalent (Social work qualifications or nursing qualifications would also be accepted).
A full clean driving license is also essential.
Experience
You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a residential setting.
Experience of managing staff including doing supervisions and supporting with recruitment.
Undertaking CQC audits and ensuring compliance for inspections.
Experience of updating support plans and liaising with families and external agencies.
