We are a 9 bedded children’s residential service for children up to the age of 18. Some of our children have severe learning difficulties, Autism, ADHD and associated behavioural challenges. Some of our children have complex health care needs and will need you to understand their needs, complete or have completed relevant training, support with arranging health appointments and attending these where necessary. Some of our young people may experience mental health and may be socially and emotionally delayed through neglect and harm.
We provide the children with a safe and loving home environment where we can promote them to achieve their goals and experience life.
What our staff say about working with Progress:
“Working here and supporting the children is so rewarding, In the past year I have seen the children progress so much, it really does make you so proud! Knowing you have been a part of that is the best feeling”
“It is a happy place to be, it’s my home away from home”
“Working at the home has given me countless opportunities and pushed my personal development beyond belief. The children we support are so special, watching them develop and progress is heart warming. The home is a bundle of joy and happiness from the moment you step through the door. I am proud of the person I have become since working here”
