Whether you are a Deputy manager currently looking to build your pathway to Registered manager or an experienced Team Leader looking for further development we have an opportunity for you to continue to build your management skills at our 6 bed Children’s Residential service based in Coventry.
This is an opportunity to grow an existing service to support Children with learning disabilities and additional needs. Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will be overseeing and guiding a staff team and building the service to support up to 6 children age 5 – 18.
This Deputy Manager role offers a salary of up to £35,000, (Salary based on competency based qualifying criteria)
